Strawberry, Strawberries, and more Strawberries

The Strawberries just keep on coming. We are already up to nine quarts. We haven't done anything different this year so I think it's either just the right weather, or I used more of the Espoma organic fertilizer this year than in past years. We've been averaging two quarts per day which is double what we used to get, but today we kept picking and picking and picking. We ended up with at least four quarts for the day. Tomorrow we'll post a how-to on freezing whole strawberries. We ate one bowl today and we're freezing the others for this winter.
